Brief and Efffective Therapy

In 2 - 6 sessions we will teach you skills to help you sleep better. In fact, 8 out of 10 people have signifigant improvement in as few as 3 sessions. Session are biweekly an will require you to keep a sleep diary. Please note, if your insomnia is connected to anxiety or depression, CBT-I can still help.
